Grade 2 to Grade 4 β Developing Fundamentals
Wednesdays | 4:35 PM β 5:20 PM
As players progress, these sessions build on core techniques with a focus on:
Refined shooting, passing, and dribbling
Introduction to individual offensive and defensive skills
Footwork and movement
Short-sided gameplay to reinforce tactical concepts
Ideal for athletes who have some playing experience and are ready to level up.
Grade 5 to Grade 7 β Intermediate to Advanced Skills
Thursdays | 4:00 PM β 5.00 PM
These sessions blend foundational training with more advanced game concepts, preparing athletes for higher levels of play. Athletes will develop:
Enhanced offensive and defensive strategies
In-depth positional play
Practical implementation through short-sided games
All concepts are part of our broader Basketball Academy curriculum, designed to support long-term athlete development.
